Guidelines for reshipments, damaged items, and order issues.
All Sales
Due to the nature of research compounds and quality control handling, all sales are generally considered final once shipped. However, we will review issues fairly if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and items received.
Reshipment Eligibility
- Eligible if the order is confirmed damaged in transit or items are missing due to fulfillment error.
- Reshipment is not available for incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to customer-provided information.
- Carrier delays are not typically eligible for refunds or reshipments.
Refund Review
If a reshipment is not possible, a refund may be considered after review. Refund decisions are made case-by-case based on evidence provided and carrier or fulfillment confirmation.
